Okay, this is another alternate reality sort of thing, based on another weird dream.
Imagine a world where there are four major religions. Paganism and Christianity were two that were featured in the dream, so a writer would have to come up with the other two.
Now the Pagans didn't have heavy duty military hardware, whereas Christians didn't mind blowing things up with tanks, bombs, etc. And they were after the Pagans in the dream.
So what are the other two religious factions and how do they fit into the warfare dynamic? Are they allied with the Christians, the Pagans, each other? Or are they at war with some other faction? Describe the different factions more in detail.
I know the Christians were more than happy to rape, pillage, and plunder.

Alternate Reality -- Underwater Alien Library
Here we go again. Weird dream time.
This was an alternate reality, around WWII times. It was an alternate reality, because in the dream, Germany wasn't the only country with submarines.
This one German captain was testing a "scattershot nuke" torpedo, an innovation he had contrived. In order to test it, the target was this alien library, submerged under the Atlantic.
The world had known about the library (very high-tech even by WWII standards) for 4,000 years. It made itself known with periodic broadcasts of some sort, perhaps telepathic. Anyway, the library had been self-maintaining for a very long time, but it was beginning to break down pretty bad. Attempts had been made to dock with it and try repairing it (by different countries that had submarines), but every attempt had been met with disaster. Many a submarine had been torn apart by the currents surrounding the plateau where the library sat. (But sometimes a submarine could connect and get electrical power from the towers at the library, don't ask me how.)
Now, if you could get into the alien library, what information would you seek? What technology would you want to bring to the surface? Would you share it with the rest of the world, or would you try and get rich off of it?

The Hair Beauties
Okay, this one idea came to this crazy woman literally in a dream.
It was like your traditional fairy tale, except no household strife from the three young ladies that were all outside brushing their extremely long hair. One in particular had long blonde curls. The other two sisters were teasing her, asking her why she preferred living close to the mountain strongholds of nobles.
Well, the blonde lady liked the feeling of power, strength, and security that she always felt there.
While the maidens were brushing their hair, a noble was watching them through a telescope. He turned to his mother and told them, these ladies should be known as "Hair Beauties," and I desire one for a wife.
Well, his mother was actually a water spirit, and her power was beginning to awaken again after her son took an interest in maidens. What was unfortunate for Mother was that her awakened powers meant that her body transformed into its normal, ugly water spirit shape.
Care to play with this one, Josh?

Michael Bay: Evolution
I got this idea last night after dropping a lot of stuff, especially in the kitchen.
You and I both know of the "Michael Bay: Explosions!" thing, but what about before he fixated on blowing things up in movies?
Write about his earlier life, when he was searching for the most impressive sound and special effect. Purely fictional fantasy.

The Serious Goose
Here's your mission, should you choose to accept it.
You're a goose. But not just any goose. You're a goose that's sick of being called a "silly goose," so you set out on your life mission to prove the world wrong, that there's one serious goose in the world.

Blood of Christ, Body of Christ
Now before readers out there get bent out of shape over this blog article, yes, the co-author and myself are aware it's quite racist. But please keep in mind it's wholly fictitious.
Okay, Josh. Here's the idea:
The Roman Catholic Church was secretly started by vampires. Their goal, to promote over-population so that they will have a steady supply of blood to drink. But since sometimes a vampire's bite creates zombie slaves, the extra population also helps feed the zombie hordes.
Thus we're brought to the anti-contraception policy of Catholicism and how Hispanics adhere to Catholic policy so fervently, unwittingly creating enough population to sustain the vampires and zombies.
I'm picturing a Hispanic fellow named Jesus having to keep from being dinner.
